WebThe Milton Family Community Center was established after the receipt of a federal grant under the umbrella of Head Start in 1985. The Center was one of only fifteen centers in the United States to receive this funding. In September 1985, we opened our rented doors in a house on Main Street in Milton next to the Catholic Church. WebOur Programs As a Parent Child Center, MFCC seeks to increase the resilience of children and families by cultivating five protective factors. These factors lead to healthier and happier parents/caregivers and children, and help families overcome a variety of stresses. Our programs increase: Parental resilience Social connections
