WebI have a need to do some smudge editing work on some images. When I used Photoshop I used that smudge tool easily and effectively. Cannot get that tool to work at all in Gimp(v 2.10.32). Is that tool totally broken or am i seriously missing something. Some youtube videos I looked at were not helpful.
